MEDLAB's corporate headquarters are located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We operate laboratories in the state of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Ohio. Additionally, we have patient service centers across these states. Our operations are geared towards skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, outpatient/same day service centers, corporations and health fairs requiring clinical tests.

MEDLAB is accredited by CLIA through the College of American Pathologists (CAP). We are licensed as a full-service laboratory by Medicare, Medicaid and the Center of Disease Control(CDC).
